h3bAbout the Role /b /h3 pWonderful is looking for an experienced Finance Operations Project Manager to drive financial and operational projects from initial planning and requirements definition through implementation and completion.br/This role involves managing a wide range of Finance Operations projects, including ERP migrations and implementations such as NetSuite, onboarding new entities worldwide, establishing accounting infrastructure, and developing and improving finance processes and policies.br/The role involves ongoing collaboration with internal/external stakeholders. /p h3bWhat You'll Do /b /h3 ul lipOwn and manage Finance projects end to end, from defining scope and requirements to implementation and operational handover. /p /li lipDrive NetSuite migration and implementation projects, coordinating internal teams and external service providers. /p /li lipManage the onboarding of new entities into the company's finance operations including systems, workflows, and other processes. /p /li lipDevelop, document, and implement Finance policies and procedures. /p /li lipIdentify opportunities to improve financial and operational processes and drive implementation using automations and AI skills.



/p /li lipManage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables, proactively addressing risks and resolving blockers. /p /li lipCoordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership and timely execution. /p /li lipTake full ownership of project delivery through successful completion. /p /li /ul h3bWho You Are /b /h3 ul lipProven experience in project management. /p /li lipExperience in high-tech and startup environments. /p /li lipExcellent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate fluently in a global environment. /p /li lipStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. /p /li lipAbility to drive progress across teams and take ownership of projects through completion. /p /li lipExperience with AI tools /p /li /ul h3bAdvantages /b /h3 ul lipExperience working with international subsidiaries across multiple countries. /p /li lipPrevious experience in Finance Operations . /p /li lipFamiliarity with NetSuite. /p /li /ul pCandidate Privacy Notice /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
