Responsibilities
Execute marketing strategies and campaigns across the Italy, Greece, and Israel region
Partner with ENT leaders and sales teams to accelerate technology adoption and meet business goals
Plan and deliver physician education programs and market development activities
Support product launches and commercialization efforts across the cluster
Develop competitive intelligence and provide sales teams with clinical data and positioning tools
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
Several years of marketing or commercial experience in medical devices or healthcare
Direct customer and sales team engagement experience in field-based settings
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Market analysis and competitive intelligence skills
Fluent English communication
Compensation:
€40,000–€60,000 base
