pThe Senior Retail Merchandising Manager Europe works closely to the General Merchandising Manager Europe on the European retail network. He/She ensures stores assortments according to the budget and with the seasonal analysis. Coordinate and provide product division buying estimates in terms of number of SKU per category. Participation in the buying plan definition process by category and by store. Define, propose and implement product assortments by cluster – validate final assortment and quantities. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide continuous feedback to HQ on products, customer behaviour, competitors, business opportunities. /li liInfluence the sales plan definition by store for their category. /li liValidate proposed assortment and define quantities. /li liParticipation in the sales plan definition process by category by regional store. /li liDefine, propose and implement product assortments by cluster – validate final assortment and quantities. /li liDrive the product assortment execution in the stores. /li liProvide weekly and monthly reports and be active part in regular Business Reviews with HQ. /li liEnsure continuous feedback to HQ regarding product performance, competition,



demand evolution. /li liNourish competency on business and markets by regular presence in stores. /li liIncrease client advisors’ competencies in the stores through animation and training on selling techniques and propositions. /li liPromote and nurture in-store category expertise by being and active category ambassadors among the whole network. /li liMake sure each store is providing customers an effective presentation and experience of the category. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul li5 – 7 years’ experience in Luxury product Merchandising with focus on Retail; /li liBachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred /li liKnowledge of the main players of the Business and Strong fashion sense. /li liAbility to understand current market trends and buying strategy; /li liExcellent merchandising skills with attention to detail; /li liSkills in the analysis of sales and market data; /li liAbility to both communicate and negotiate effectively; /li liMastery of MS office tools /li liFluency in English (Italian will be considered a plus) /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
