/liliAct as Legal Representative of the company where required. /liliEnsure compliance with Health, Safety Environment regulations, including responsibilities related to Legislative Decree 81/2008. /li /ulpbCandidate Profile: /b /pulliProven experience as Managing Director, Country Manager, General Manager, CEO. /liliStrong experience managing a full PL and leading multi-functional organizations. /liliDemonstrated success in business development and commercial leadership. /liliExperience operating within international and matrix organizations. /liliStrong understanding of operational and service-oriented business models. /liliExperience in technology, industrial services, technical solutions, engineering, energy, infrastructure, equipment, industrial distribution or comparable sectors. /liliStrong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management capabilities. /liliAbility to operate effectively in dynamic and evolving environments. /liliOutstanding communication and relationship-building skills. /liliPrevious responsibility for sales growth and strategic account management. /li /ulpbRequirements: /b /pulliFluency in Italian and English (mandatory). /liliDegree in Engennering / Sales / Economics, an MBA would be considered as a plus. /liliAvailability to travel across Italy and internationally when required. /liliPrevious experience interacting with international headquarters. /liliStrong commercial orientation combined with operational and financial acumen. /li /ulpbOther informations /b: the company offer a permanent employment contract, with a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from € 150.000 to € 180.000. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
