We are selecting an ICT Support person to join our Technical Office. He/She will be included in the Digitalization group and will collaborate in the implementation and management of the company’s IT infrastructure. Work Tasks * Keep the company IT infrastructure updated and identify optizimation opportunities * Promote the use of new information technologies within the company, training company departments on their use * Support employees in resolving problems using software or devices * Provide hardware support to company staff * Draw up the necessary documentation Requirements * Experience with Operating Systems such as Windows Server, Linux * Knowledge of Computer Networks, including TCO/IP, DHCP, DNS protocols * Ability to configure and manage network devices, routers, switches,
