Responsibilities
Lead and develop field team across Lazio, Campania, Puglia, Calabria, Sardegna, and Sicilia regions
Coordinate medical-scientific information activities aligned with territorial priorities and corporate guidelines
Monitor market dynamics and implement corrective actions based on performance data
Plan team coaching, training, and individual development opportunities
Manage assigned budget and assess initiative effectiveness and ROI
Requirements
Degree in scientific or economic disciplines
Minimum 5+ years field-based healthcare industry experience
Leadership and team management experience preferred
Specialist therapeutic area background preferred
Fluent Italian and basic English proficiency
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Compensation:
€59,200–€102,350 base
