FH Collective Academy is hiring a fluent Italian-speaking Customer Support professional for a fully remote role based in Greece, with a full relocation package and paid training. You will work 5 days a week, 8 hours daily, across rotational shifts, serving Italian customers by phone, email, and chat. Requirements include Italian fluency at C1/C2 and English B2+, strong communication, problem solving, and experience with CRM tools.
