Job responsibilities * Welcome and be the first point of contact for our clients at the store entrance; * Support the Client Advisor Team by helping schedule their appointments and guest visits; * Ensure the store is always in excellent conditions supervising relevant external suppliers, such as florists, catering and monitoring the supply of food & beverage; * Lead by example, consistently embodying and promoting Loro Piana values in every interaction with guests, colleagues and partners; * Maintain a high level of discretion when dealing with confidential or personal guest information; * Build genuine relationships with guests and provide personalized service based on their preferences and expectations; * Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide help, recommendations,
