Sales Team Lead (CPM Fast Track) Milan Office Your role You will operate across three core areas: 1. Sales Ownership & Performance * Take full ownership of your assigned leads, managing the entire sales cycle from first contact to closing * Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets * Act as a top performer and role model for the team 2. Team Leadership & Development * Lead, coach, and develop a team of 1–5 Language Coordinators * Drive daily performance through coaching on calls, conversion, and customer experience * Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management in partnership with the CPM 3. Business Ownership & Operations * Act as second-in-command to the Country Product Manager, supporting key decisions and ensuring business continuity * Take ownership of selected managerial responsibilities such as forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking * Contribute to sales strategy through market analysis, performance insights, and opportunity identification * Build partnerships with schools, universities,
