The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community. He/She will reports a Executive Chef. Main duties & responsibilities: * Assisting the Chef de Partie Pastry in the daily operations of the pastry section; * Preparing and producing a variety of desserts, cakes, pastries, ice creams, and other sweet items according to recipes and hotel standards; * Ensuring precise measurements, correct techniques,
