As a Technical Content Writer, you will transform complex software engineering concepts into clear, engaging content that builds credibility with technical decision-makers. You will create content covering AI application development, cloud technologies, web and mobile solutions, and engineering team scaling. Working closely with marketing, engineering, and leadership teams, you will turn technical expertise and client success stories into compelling narratives. Your work will support brand positioning, search engine visibility, and lead generation across the customer journey. This remote opportunity is ideal for a strong storyteller who combines technical curiosity with research skills and a passion for communicating the value of modern software solutions.
You will develop and manage high-quality technical content that communicates complex ideas accurately, strengthens brand authority, and supports marketing and business growth objectives.
Write blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, technical guides, website pages, landing page copy, product release notes, and thought-leadership articles.
Collaborate with technical teams: Work with engineers, AI specialists, project managers, and leadership to translate complex solutions, technical processes, and client achievements into accessible, compelling stories.
Develop a strong understanding of software development services, delivery models, and target audiences to ensure content addresses the needs of technical decision-makers.
Support SEO and lead generation: Produce content aligned with search engine optimization strategies, brand positioning, and lead-generation goals throughout the marketing funnel.




Create narratives that demonstrate technical capabilities, development processes, project outcomes, and measurable client impact.
Monitor developments in large language models (LLMs), generative AI, AI agents, MLOps, Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI evaluation, software architecture, cloud computing, and DevOps.
Adapt technical information for different audiences, including CTOs, engineering leaders, founders, and business executives, without compromising accuracy.
Incorporate research, audience insights, and performance data to strengthen content quality, relevance, and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate has experience producing technical content in a technology-focused environment and can combine excellent writing and research skills with a practical understanding of software development and AI concepts.
At least 2 years of experience as a technical content writer or copywriter in a software development company, AI/ML firm, SaaS business, or IT services environment.
Demonstrated experience creating long-form technical content, educational articles, or thought-leadership pieces.
Excellent writing, research, editing, and storytelling skills, with strong grammar and attention to clarity and accuracy.
Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern technology stacks.
Foundational understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including LLMs,



generative AI, model training, and data pipelines.
Understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to create content that attracts relevant audiences and supports conversion goals.
A portfolio of published work covering technology, software, AI, or digital transformation.
Experience creating content for B2B technology buyers, including CTOs, VPs of Engineering, product leaders, and founders.
Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, LangChain, and vector databases, or basic coding knowledge in Python or JavaScript.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as DevOps, microservices, and data engineering.
Experience with content strategy, analytics, or developer-focused content initiatives.
Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Ahrefs, Semrush, or Google Analytics.
Experience producing developer documentation, community content, or GitHub README files.
