Your Tasks * Ensure quality control of finished products * Maintain a strong operational presence in production, monitoring processes and managing product-related deviations * Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (e.g. ISO 9001, BRC, AIC, RSPO), including documentation and procedures * Drive continuous improvement by analysing quality data (waste, complaints, trends) and implementing corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with production Your Profile * Degree in Food Science & Technology or a related field * 5–8 years of experience in Quality roles, with exposure to both supplier management and production environments * Solid understanding of production processes * Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solvingProven ability to take ownership, make decisions, and lead operationally * Hands-on,
