Задачи

- Design, implement, and operate services powering the consumer experience, including payment flows, identity verification, loyalty, and engagement features across the full lifecycle
- Drive technical analysis for cross-team projects, lead design discussions, and document designs for stakeholder and team review before implementation
- Improve mobile and backend development quality through testing strategies, safe progressive rollouts, and proactive technical debt reduction
- Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers on cross-service dependencies, event-driven patterns, and operational excellence
- Own work from start to finish and contribute to the technical direction, quality, and delivery of complex systems in collaboration with other teams

Требования
- At least 5 years of related back-end software engineering experience, including microservices and cloud environments in fast-paced contexts
- Deep experience with Java and Spring Boot




- Strong understanding of distributed systems and managing external dependencies, such as banking protocols
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, coordinate implementations across teams, and build trust with stakeholders
- Focus on delivering software that meets evolving user needs; adaptability, initiative, and ability to optimize systems beyond initial requirements
- Fluent in English
- Будет плюсом: AWS experience, hands-on experience building GenAI-driven features such as backend services using LLMs, orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, or AWS services xjncmbx like Amazon Bedrock
