We're partnering with a growing international manufacturing company operating in the nutraceutical and healthcare sectors to identify a Project Manager.

In this role, you'll lead customer projects from development through commercial launch, acting as the key interface between clients and cross-functional teams.

Descrizione Lavoro- Manage multiple customer projects across the entire project lifecycle, from project initiation to commercial launch.- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk assessments.- Ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations, business objectives, and quality standards.- Act as the primary customer-facing contact, providing regular project updates and facilitating decision-making processes.- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including: Research & Development (R&D;); Quality Assurance; Regulatory Affairs; Operations; Supply Chain; Procurement- Proactively identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when necessary.- Support product development, technology transfer, scale-up, industrialization,



and launch activities.- Monitor project performance using KPIs and reporting tools.- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory guidelines.

Competenze ed esperienza- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Business Management, or a related discipline.- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience within a manufacturing environment.- Provenexperience inone or moreofthefollowingindustries:- CDMO- Nutraceuticals- Food Supplements- Medical Devices- Pharmaceutical Manufacturing- Life Sciences- Solid understanding of product development and commercialization processes.- Knowledge of GMP-regulated environments and quality systems.- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and technical functions.- Strong familiarity with project planning methodologies, risk management, and project tracking tools.- Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
