Overview

As Reward Partner at Roche, you will advise on advanced compensation and benefits for the EMEA region from the Italian HQ in Monza. You’ll design and manage innovative rewards programs aligned with strategy, while ensuring compliance and governance across local and global guidelines. You’ll coach Reward Analysts, contribute to global and local projects, and drive process improvements to foster an efficient organization. This role offers meaningful impact within a mission-driven, inclusive culture that values every voice.

Responsabilità

- Collaborate with business leaders and P&C; partners on complex compensation and benefits topics
- Design, implement, manage and communicate rewards programs and policies aligned with strategy
- Monitor compliance and regulatory environments related to rewards; ensure understanding of global and local guidelines
- Provide guidance and coaching to Reward Analysts on structures, policy interpretation, and global practices
- Contribute to global/local project squads to drive practice enhancements in Compensation,

- Govern spine topics, prioritize work with decision principles, and maintain global alignment
- Participate in PR&R; chapter to improve processes and reduce inefficiencies
- Seek and implement process improvements aligned with strategic direction of People Reward and Recognition

Requisiti fondamentali

- Deep expertise in compensation, preferably in structured multinational companies, with knowledge of national regulation and managing mediterranean countries
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Growth mindset with customer-centric approach; problem-solving, active listening, process improvement
- Prioritization and agile mindset; ability to manage competing priorities and drive continuous improvement
- Advanced critical thinking and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and Gemini AI suite
- Mandatory fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
