Design and build proprietary predictive models for pricing and risk (claims forecasting, renewal probability, price demand, portfolio value)



Develop and implement new technologies to solve pricing and analytics problems Collaborate with the Pricing team to achieve goals and deliver value Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for pricing strategy Maintain and optimize data pipelines and model performance across the pricing platform Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and support data-driven decision making

Requisiti fondamentali

Degree in STEM ( Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Physics) Experience as a Data Scientist Strong Python programming experience Strong SQL skills Experience with machine learning algorithms and industry best practices Strong problem solving and analytical skills Fluent in English; Spanish beneficial but not essential Excellent communication and collaboration skills communication collaboration problem solving Python SQL machine learning
