Overview In this role you will lead the development and growth of Cloudera’s Training business across EMEA, aligning offerings with market demand and regional priorities. You’ll be the market’s voice, shaping content, portfolio evolution, and scalable partner ecosystems. You’ll collaborate with enablement, sales, delivery, and partners to ensure training is relevant, commercially viable, and positioned as a growth pillar. This is a strategic, cross-functional leadership role with a clear revenue and ecosystem-building focus.

Responsabilità

Define and own the EMEA training strategy aligned to market demand and regional priorities Translate customer needs and field feedback into clear requirements for training content and portfolio evolution Shape and influence the training portfolio with enablement and content teams for relevance and scalability Build and scale a training ecosystem including partners, academic institutions,



and strategic alliances Identify and activate new demand channels including enterprise L&D; budgets and public sector initiatives Ensure alignment across sales, delivery, product/enablement, and what is sold vs. delivered vs. developed Establish a structured feedback loop on training performance (adoption, quality, gaps) for continuous improvement Drive growth of training revenue and expansion into new customer segments and funding sources

Requisiti fondamentali

Strong background in Professional Services / Consulting Ability to translate market needs into structured offerings or programs Experience across multiple stakeholders (sales, delivery, product/enablement) Strong commercial awareness with understanding of how services and training drive revenue Experience with partnerships, ecosystem development, or education programs is advantageous Highly proactive, structured, and comfortable in evolving environments Cross-functional collaboration Stakeholder management Proactive and structured mindset Adaptability in a changing environment Results-orientation
