h3bDirector, Market Access Biosimilar Lead /b /h3 pAs bADVANZ PHARMA /b continues to strengthen its position as the partner of choice for specialty, hospital, rare disease and biosimilar medicines, we are seeking a bDirector, Market Access Biosimilar Lead /b to join our Italy Commercial Business, focused on driving biosimilar growth, patient access and market leadership across Italy. /p pReporting directly to Barbara Marini , VP GM Italy, and sitting on the Italy Leadership Team, this role will lead the development and execution of market access, pricing reimbursement and biosimilar strategies to maximise patient access and commercial success across the ADVANZ portfolio. /p pThe successful individual will combine strong biosimilars expertise, hospital market knowledge and market access leadership to drive launches, shape market strategy, influence stakeholders and lead a high-performing team across Italy. /p h3bWhat You’ll Be Responsible For /b /h3 ulliLead ADVANZ's biosimilars strategy and operational execution across Italy. /liliDrive pricing, reimbursement and market access strategies for current and future products. /li liLead launch readiness, launch execution and lifecycle management activities across the biosimilars portfolio. /li liInfluence tender strategy, forecasting, market shaping activities and commercial performance. /li liLead and develop the Market Access and Regional Access teams across Italy. /li liCollaborate closely with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Global Market Access colleagues. /li liSupport preparation of HTA dossiers, evidence generation and value demonstration activities. /li liBuild strong relationships with AIFA, regional authorities, healthcare institutions and external stakeholders. /li liSupport business development and pipeline evaluations from a pricing, reimbursement and market access perspective. /li liThrive in an entrepreneurial environment, and take accountability for results. /li liEmbrace challenge and change, applying a growth mindset approach. /li liHave a bias for action and fast decision making.
