actionable recommendations for senior leadership.# Your backgroundYou are an analytical, structured, and collaborative strategy professional who is comfortable working with ambiguity and engaging senior stakeholders on enterprise-level choices. Specifically, you offer:University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree suchas an MBA is a plus.Relevant experience in strategy, sales & marketing, management consulting, corporate development, finance, or strategic planning in an international environment.Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to develop scenarios, assess opportunities, and translate data into actionable recommendations.Experience preparing executive-level materials, facilitating senior meetings, and managing action follow-up across multiple stakeholders.Ability to work across business units, regions, and functions with a One Hitachi Energy mindset and strong ownership for outcomes.Curiosity about the energy transition, growth markets, technology shifts, and the strategic choices required to inspire the next era of sustainable energy.Passion to coach team members and build strategy capabilities by developing common tools, methodologies, templates, and ways of working across the strategy community.# More about usThe minimum salary for this position in the location specified is as follows:* Italy: starting from 86,000 EUR (Dirigente)The final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures.This role may be open in multiple locations.
