OverviewAs CQV Manager, you will lead the CQV department in Milan, steering high-quality CQV projects across Italy and Europe. You’ll balance technical direction with people development, coordinating internal engineers and external consultants, while expanding the CQV capability. You will support business development, harmonize CQV procedures, and drive continuous improvement in line with regulatory standards. This role offers international exposure, leadership responsibility, and the chance to shape CQV delivery across borders.

Requisiti fondamentali

Degree or equivalent qualification in engineering or related disciplineAt least 12 years’ experience in commissioning and qualification in pharmaceutical facilitiesExperience leading or managing a CQV/C&Q; teamProject management experience on large, complex international projectsSolid understanding of GxP, ISPE and ASTM E2500Experience developing CQV strategies, master plans, procedures and protocolsExperience managing contractors, vendors and multidisciplinary teamsCommercial awareness including cost evaluation and resource planningFluency in Italian and English; German and/or French advantageousCollaborative, inclusive leadership style with ability to motivate and develop othersConfidence to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levelsSolution-focused with genuine interest in continuous improvementcollaborative leadershipcommunication skillsstakeholder managementCQV strategy developmentMaster planning and CQV documentation (IQ/OQ/SAT)GxP compliance
