OverviewAs Product Development Manager you will drive cost, quality, and time-to-market for new products within Technogym's R&D; team. You’ll shape development strategies, ensure the Global Solution Process is applied and continuously improved, and coordinate design outsourcing and supplier co-design to boost innovation. You will lead a team, foster professional growth, and promote cross-domain collaboration across product development areas. Requisiti fondamentali

Master's Degree in Mechanical EngineeringExtensive experience in R&D; and/or Design in structured companiesExpert user of 3D CAD systems (preferably PTC Creo)Project management experience with cost and deadline objectivesStrong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, processes and cost driversKnowledge of competitive products and platform products technologiesFamiliarity with SPG and BOM management in ERP systemsExcellent leadership and communication skillsEnglish fluency (min CEFR B2)leadershipcommunicationrelationship skillsPTC Creoproject managementmanufacturing technologies and cost drivers
