OverviewIn this role you will lead technical efforts for injection and compression rubber components, shaping tooling, compounds, and manufacturing processes. You will support quotations with should-cost analyses and partner selection, driving cost-conscious design and production concepts. You will manage Make-or-Buy decisions, supplier ecosystems, and sampling through PPAP to serial production, while improving TCO and supplier performance. You will work across sales, sourcing, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality sealing solutions.

Requisiti fondamentali

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline (Bachelor's, Master's, FH, or University)Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in rubber manufacturing, especially injection molding of components like O-rings and technical molded partsStrong project management experience in a customer-facing, international environment with cross-functional coordinationExtensive knowledge of rubber molding technologies (injection, compression, transfer, tooling, compounds, equipment)Understanding of strategic sourcing, supplier selection, should-cost analysis, procurement, and basic supply chain managementAbility to read/interpret complex technical drawings; strong analytical thinking; commercial awareness; proficiency in MS Office and ERP systemsExcellent communication, proactive mindset, customer orientation, teamwork, fluency in English; German and/or Italian requiredcommunicationproactivityteamworkrubber molding technologies (injection, compression, transfer)tooling designcompound selection
