Partner with Design to translate creative vision into product through technical feasibility reviews and ideationBuild and maintain strong vendor relationships, assessing capability and capacity to meet demandsResearch and develop new raw material concepts and technologies aligned with briefsManage raw material development critical path with Design and Product Development, ensuring deadlines and issue resolutionOrder and deliver raw materials on time and within budget and quality targetsEnsure material functionality,



standardization, and customer-fit across products with ongoing risk assessmentCollaborate with Operations during collection development and product testing to standards, negotiating any aesthetic changesSupport production meetings and prep for proto and samplesMaintain 100% accuracy in PLM records
