Requisiti fondamentali

8-10 years of experience in Program Management, Demand Management, Business Partnership, PMO, Digital Transformation, or related transformation initiativesProven ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate priorities into initiatives, roadmaps, and delivery plansStrong track record leading cross-functional programs and managing risks across multiple stakeholdersFamiliarity with technology delivery environments, working with product teams, external vendors, and system integratorsExperience in commercial, digital, customer-facing, or operational transformation initiatives is a plusExposure to domains such as Pricing, Revenue Management, CRM, Order Management, Billing, or Omnichannel Customer Journeys is advantageousStrong communication, analytical thinking, decision-making, and curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging techstakeholder managementcommunicationanalytical thinkingProgram ManagementDemand ManagementBusiness Analysis
