As HR AI & Automation Operations Lead, you will design and implement intelligent automation solutions that improve global HR operations.
You'll work at the intersection of HR, technology, process optimization, data, and AI within a highly distributed environment.
The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on technical execution, taking initiatives from early exploration through production and continuous improvement.
You'll connect systems, streamline complex workflows, reduce manual work, and help teams operate more efficiently at scale.
Working closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, Design, and IT, you'll turn operational challenges into scalable and reliable solutions.
You'll also help establish responsible AI practices for sensitive HR workflows, with appropriate governance, oversight, and auditability.

Accountabilities
Own automation initiatives from discovery and process redesign through prototyping, launch, optimization, and ongoing operational ownership.
Use customer and employee feedback, operational data, and business insights to identify opportunities to improve HR experiences, efficiency, and outcomes.
Assess risk, compliance, scalability, and regulatory requirements when designing HR automation and systems.
Map operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and design end-to-end automated workflows that improve speed, accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
Build and maintain integrations and data flows across HRIS, case management, payroll, and other systems using APIs, native connectors, webhooks, and workflow tools.
Develop automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms such as Zapier, Make, Retool, n8n, or si
