Basic Requirements
Academic degree or currently pursuing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Previous internship experience in HR or hospitality is considered a plus
Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
Strong interest in luxury hospitality and people management
Primary Job Functions




Administration Duties
Support daily HR operations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all employee records
Maintain and update HR databases and filing systems in line with company standards
Assist with employee documentation and communications with local authorities when required
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
Recruitment Duties
Assist in screening CVs and coordinating interviews
Support the organization of recruitment activities and internal events
Contribute to maintaining an updated and structured candidate database
Participate in the coordination of "First Encounter" sessions and interviews
General Activities
Uphold and promote Bvlgari's commitment to excellence and quality
Support internal HR projects (e.g., training calendars, engagement initiatives, grooming standards)
Assist in organizing orientation sessions for new hires
