Overview

In this SME role you own end-to-end order and service management processes, guiding SAP S/4HANA transformation and process excellence. You will standardize, integrate, and continuously improve sales and service workflows to enable seamless order-to-cash and enhanced service delivery. You’ll bridge business requirements with ERP capabilities to support growth and customer satisfaction. This global function partners with business and IT to drive transformation, change and adoption across Electrification Service.

Responsabilità

- Define and govern end-to-end sales order processing workflows (quote-to-order, fulfillment, delivery scheduling)
- Configure and renew service contracts; oversee service billing and revenue recognition
- Align requirements across countries and business units for harmonized processes
- Develop process documentation, control frameworks, and best practices for service management
- Collaborate with IS/ERP to ensure processes are supported by appropriate systems




- Support migration to SAP S/4HANA and optimize modules for service operations (SD, CS/Service Management, PS)
- Lead process implementation including training and knowledge sharing
- Engage regional and functional stakeholders to drive process adoption and change management

Requisiti fondamentali

- 10 years in sales operations, service management, or customer service in service-oriented or manufacturing sectors
- Experience with end-to-end order management and service contract administration
- Deep knowledge of SAP SD, CS/Service Management, and PS; SAP S/4HANA experience preferred
- Project management and change management experience
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- University degree: Master of Science / MBA in related fields
