including three-way matching of order, receipt and invoice. /li /ul h3Documentation /h3 ul liManage and file purchasing and shipping documentation, electronically and in hard copy, including delivery notes, customs documents and packing lists. /li /ul h3Reporting /h3 ul liPrepare and update reports on purchase orders, open orders, deliveries, stock levels, stock coverage and shipping costs. /li liFollow up on order status and expected delivery times, escalating risks early. /li /ul h3bRequirements /b /h3 ul liDiploma or degree, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics or a related field. /li /ul h3AND/OR /h3 ul liAt least 3 years of experience in purchasing, stock planning, logistics or administrative roles. /li liHands-on experience with stock planning or replenishment is a strong advantage. /li liAdvanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) and solid MS Office skills. /li liERP experience required; Oracle NetSuite is an advantage. /li liGood written and spoken English; the role works daily with international suppliers and group companies. /li liKnowledge of Incoterms and customs documentation is an advantage. /li liStrong organisation and priority management, accuracy, attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
