About The Football Factory

The Football Factory (TFF) is building a new model for football: an integrated ecosystem where football, sustainable real estate and technology work together, so that the value and success of a club are no longer driven by sporting results alone.

TFF Tech is the technology business of the group. It develops technology for the wider TFF ecosystem and for external clubs and academies worldwide.

TFF Tech operates on top of FCOS, TFF’s Football Club Operating System, which connects sport, data and the destination into one ecosystem.

The commercial product layer is built around two products:

ClubNAV — B2B
A 360° club-management platform covering sporting, operational, talent, medical, scouting and business workflows.

EDO — B2C
A consumer-facing AI interface connecting players, families, fans and communities to the club and, over time, to the wider Football Citadel.

On top of the operational core, TFF Tech is developing six product capabilities:

1. Football Intelligence — AI-driven scouting, player valuation and performance intelligence.

Audience & Fan Intelligence — first-party identity, engagement and fan/community data.
3. AI Content & Communication — automated, data-driven content and media workflows.
4. Monetization & Sponsorship — commerce, sponsorship intelligence and new revenue opportunities.
5. Club Copilot — agentic AI for club staff, management, players and families.
6. Destination & Community — the digital layer connecting the club to the wider destination and ecosystem.

Our product strategy is phased: launch on a proven operational core, build proprietary AI capabilities on top, and progressively internalise the product and technology stack.

As Head of Product, you will own the productisation of TFF Tech: turning strategy, market needs and technology capabilities into products that clubs adopt, use every day, pay for and expand over time.
