the Senior R2R Accountant is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the accounting activities of nine legal entities, ensuring accurate financial records, timely month-end and year-end closings, compliance with corporate accounting policies, and adherence to local accounting and tax regulations. The position supervises an Accounting Analyst and works closely with Finance, Tax, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Payroll, external advisors, auditors, and corporate stakeholders. This role combines hands-on accounting responsibilities with team coordination, stakeholder management, internal controls, financial reporting, and continuous process improvement. The Senior R2R Accountant ensures that accounting activities are completed accurately, consistently, and within established deadlines.
