Reporting to the Men Leather Goods Design Director, the Men Leather Goods Designer contributes to the development of Men Leather Goods collections and special projects, translating creative direction into product concepts that reflect Gucci's aesthetic, craftsmanship, and brand principles.
Job DescriptionKey AccountabilitiesResearch fashion, lifestyle, cultural, and product trends to identify relevant inspirations and opportunities for the Men Leather Goods category.
Develop creative research based on collection themes and Artistic Director inputs, drawing from archives, vintage markets, suppliers, exhibitions, books, digital sources,



and other relevant references.
Develop sketches and design proposals in line with the creative brief, the Brand aesthetic, and the direction provided by Senior Designers and the Men Leather Goods Design Director.
Refine designs by integrating feedback on proportions, dimensions, materials, colors, constructions, and product details; prepare renderings and graphic updates when required.
Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, Legal, and other relevant functions, sharing accurate product information and incorporating their inputs throughout collection and special-project development.
Work across product categories to support consistency and coherence within the collection, while ensuring clear and continuous communication with internal stakeholders and contributing practical solutions when issues arise.
