You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring effective risk management through HSE excellence along the ABB value chain. /p pThis is fixed term contract for 1 year and this role is contributing to the ELSP in Ferentino plant, Italy. /p h3Work Model For The Role Is /h3 ul liReporting HSE incidents to the management and relevant stakeholders and taking appropriate actions. /li liFacilitating, assisting, and providing guidance on incident investigations to learn better ways for mitigating risks. /li liProviding feedback to the management and employees on lessons learned and best practices from within their own unit and across ABB. /li liSupporting and driving behavioral change through the local implementation of group-wide and business-specific performance improvement programs and practices. /li liReporting of waste according to Italian legislation (RENTRI).



/li /ul h3Qualifications For The Role /h3 ul liYou are highly skilled in HSE topics and you enjoy working with people in production and in interfuctional team. /li liYou have min 1-2 years of experience in job position related to Health, Safety , Environment Management. /li liBachelor degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Prevention. /li liAn knowledge of Risk Evaluation formats and standards (e.g. UNI EN ISO 45001, UNI EN ISO 14001, ISO 50001) would be considered an advantage. /li liPossess an enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, CAD SW. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Italian is mandatory; English proficiency would be an advantage. /li liYou have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the Organization, from the shop floor to the boardroom. /li /ul h3Compensation Package /h3 pAs part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position: /p pApplicable CBA: Metalmeccanico /p pMinimum annual salary: € 36.000,00 /p pVariable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Premio /p pThe offer will be tailored based on your role location, experience,
