As an Onboarding Operations Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for employees joining organizations around the world.
You'll manage the onboarding journey from documentation and verification through completion, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of service.
Working within a globally distributed EOR Operations team, you'll collaborate closely with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, Payroll, and other cross-functional teams.
You'll handle sensitive employee information while maintaining strong standards for data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
The role combines operational ownership, problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous process improvement.
You'll also identify opportunities to streamline workflows and introduce automation that makes onboarding more scalable and efficient.

Accountabilities
Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for new employees, ensuring all required documentation, verification steps, employment packages, and operational requirements are completed accurately and on time.
Take ownership of onboarding cases from initiation through completion, proactively resolving issues and responding effectively to employee questions throughout the process.
Work closely with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, Payroll, and other relevant teams to coordinate onboarding activities and deliver a seamless experience for clients and their employees.
Review, prepare, and manage employment contracts and other legally binding documentation while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
