HR Business Partner (50% Travel Required)Apply: Milan, IT: Posted Today: R-*## The HR Transmission Team is looking for an HR Business Partner to support the rapid growth of the Jointing & Land Installation (JLI) department.
The successful candidate will help manage and support a workforce primarily operating across installation sites worldwide, currently concentrated mainly in Europe.
Key Responsibilities* Partner with the business on day-to-day HR activities, ensuring effective alignment between business priorities and people strategies.
* Support managers throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance management, internal mobility, and retention.
* Monitor HR metrics and prepare analyses and reports to support organizational decision-making.
* Contribute to workforce planning, organizational design, and organizational development initiatives.
* Participate in international HR projects and support the deployment of global HR processes and policies.
* Manage employee relations, engagement, and change management activities.




* Collaborate with local HR teams and stakeholders across different regions to ensure consistency and effectiveness of HR initiatives.
* Support planning, recruiting, and talent management processes in close cooperation with the Business Unit Centers of Expertise.
Requirements* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Humanities, or a related field.
* Proven experience as HR Generalist, Junior HRBP, or similar roles, preferably within structured and international organizations.
* Excellent command of English, both written and spoken* Interest in working within multicultural and global environments.
* Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across national and international locations.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics tools is considered a plus.
