Johnson & Johnson seeks a Finance Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract in their Latina, Italy production facility. The role involves financial inventory management, budget forecasting, closing activities, and cross-functional partnership within the Innovative Medicine division.
Responsibilities
Support inventory controlling process including standard cost management and analysis
Provide financial insights and variance analysis to cross-functional supply chain partners
Develop and maintain financial forecasts with high accuracy
Conduct closing activities including root cause analysis and corrective actions
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, SOX requirements, and master data maintenance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Management Engineering
Minimum 2 years finance or related business experience
Fluent English at B2 level or above
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
SAP/BW, Power BI, or similar BI tool experience
Pharmaceutical sector background preferred
Anaplan, TM1, or QLIK knowledge a plus
Compensation:
€33,700–€54,395 base annually
