To strengthen our restaurant team, we are looking for a warm and professional Chef de Rang (m/f/d) who creates exceptional dining moments through a passion for Fine Dining, personalised guest care and impeccable service.
Your Tasks
Independently manage a service station and provide personalised attention to our guests throughout their restaurant experience
Provide professional and personalised advice on our menus, dishes and beverages
Ensure attentive and professional Fine Dining service
Serve food and beverages professionally in accordance with our quality and service standards
Prepare and oversee your own station and ensure a perfect mise en place
Anticipate and fulfil individual guest wishes and contribute to special occasions and culinary experiences
Guide and support the Commis de Rang within your station
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth service operations
Handle high-quality products, materials and equipment responsibly
Comply with our hygiene, quality and safety standards
Work closely with the Maître,



Assistant Maître / Sommelier and the entire restaurant team
Your Profile
Several years of experience as Chef de Rang or in a comparable position within upscale hospitality or gastronomy
Passionate host personality with a genuine enjoyment of direct guest interaction
Very good knowledge of À-la-carte and Gourmet service
In-depth knowledge of food and beverages, ideally including wine service
Strong quality awareness and attention to detail
Independent, structured and reliable working style
Well-groomed appearance, positive attitude and professional communication skills
Team spirit, flexibility and enthusiasm for working in an international environment
Very good command of English; German or Italian is an advantage
