In this role you work on client engagements within McKinsey's Operations Practice, focusing on elevating operational performance through AI-powered service models. You will solve problems for clients, shape hypotheses, design analyses, and synthesize conclusions into actionable recommendations, supported by on-the-job coaching and a structured capability-building program. The two-year Operations Excellence Program accelerates your growth with functional training and exposure to multiple industries and service lines. You contribute to digital transformation initiatives, integrating advanced analytics, intelligent automation, GenAI, and agile methods to design future-facing service operations.

Responsabilità Identify client issues and develop hypotheses
Design and conduct analyses to inform recommendations




Synthesize findings into actionable client-facing guidance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape AI-native operating models and service ecosystems

Requisiti fondamentali Master’s degree and exceptional academic performance
Initial experience or strong interest in AI-powered service innovation (digital solutions, robotics, Generative AI)
Proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities
Mobility and willingness for European assignments during the work week
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and local office language
