You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development teams, contributing to the activities related to workforce planning, digital platform updates , reporting, and people analytics.This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to several operational HR processes, systems and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support business and people-related decisions.
* Support the preparation of regular reports and dashboards on key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, hiring activity, diversity, and employee movements.
* Support workforce planning and organizational design activities.
* Maintain and update organizational charts and HR databases.
* Assist in analyzing organizational structure




* Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR systems.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and HR projects.
* Prepare presentations and insights for HR and business leadership meetings.
Your Experience & Background
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Organizational Development, or a related field.
* Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
* Advanced knowledge of Excel; experience using Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is a plus.
* Comfortable working with numbers, data analysis, and reporting.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about people strategy and organizational dynamics.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a plus.
