Purpose
You will join a diverse and cohesive team of business analysts and system experts responsible for EIB Group’s HRIS.

In this role,



you will have the opportunity to contribute to shaping the future digital experience of EIB Group’s large community of users as part of the EIB Group’s Digital Transformation Program. You will be responsible for business analysis, configuration, quality assurance, and advanced user support activities for Oracle Cloud HCM and PeopleSoft HCM, working in collaboration with other internal business lines such as HR, GIS, user representatives, as well as external software providers, to ensure the successful achievement of the expected business benefits.

The role is primarily focused on the Payroll and Absence Management modules, combining support and maintenance responsibilities for the EIB Group’s existing PeopleSoft HCM platform with the opportunity to play an active role in the transition of these modules to Oracle Cloud HCM.
