ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be directly responsible for:

As a
Process Engineer, you will drive the analysis, optimization, and continuous
improvement of our manufacturing processes. You will manage plant CAPEX
projects and work cross-functionally to enhance efficiency, quality, safety,
and cost-effectiveness;
Analyze
and monitor production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement
data-driven improvements;
Support
preventive and extraordinary maintenance planning and ensure adequate
spare parts availability;
Collaborate
with HSEon supplier management, documentation, and compliance with safety
regulations;
Participate
in equipment, machinery, and process validation and support
troubleshooting of production and quality issues;
Analyze
technical and production KPIs,



identify root causes, and drive corrective
actions;
Contribute
to maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, including
procedures related to safety and environment;
Define
technical, quality, and production specifications for new investments and
manage CAPEX projects from budgeting to commissioning.
Your ProfileThe Company will consider applicants that meet the following requirements: Bachelor's
or Master degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Electrical/Electronic
Engineering;
Minimum
5 years of practical experience ideally in plastic or the chemical
industry;
Familiarity
with PLCs and basic programming logic;
Knowledge of ISO 13485 is a plus;
Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, shop-floor oriented
mindset;
Proficiency
in English (spoken and written) and ability to collaborate effectively
across functions and levels.
