Overview
As a Senior Account Executive, you'll drive Salesforce growth in Italy's sports and betting segments, focusing on enterprise gaming, betting operators, and football clubs. You will map strategic opportunities, open doors with C-level stakeholders, and lead multi-cloud solutions including Data Cloud and Agentforce to transform fan engagement and monetisation. You'll operate as the territory's general manager, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes. This role blends entrepreneurship, industry credibility, and brand stewardship to shape Salesforce's footprint in a greenfield betting landscape and a thriving football ecosystem.

Responsabilità
- Build and execute account plans for betting operators and football clubs, targeting net new logos and expansion
- Open and accelerate opportunities with key decision makers (CEO, CMO, CDO, CIO, Head of CRM, Head of Fan Engagement, Chief Commercial Officer)
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding business challenges like fan engagement,



ticketing, sponsorship and revenue growth
- Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first contact to close with compelling business cases
- Orchestrate internal teams and partners to design winning strategies and deliver measurable outcomes
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast, delivering against quota
- Represent Salesforce at industry events and in Italian sports and gaming communities

Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 6+ years of technology sales experience (Software/SaaS/Business Applications) in enterprise accounts
- Established network within Italian gaming and betting industry
- Proven track record of net new business in greenfield or under-penetrated territories
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles with large deals and multiple stakeholders (C-level)
- Solid forecasting discipline and quota attainment in the Italian market
