We are supporting a private equity-backed, international business in the appointment of a Senior FP&A; Manager to join its finance team in Northern Italy.

Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
Build and develop financial models, scenario analyses and business cases to support strategic decision-making.
Deliver high-quality management reporting and performance analysis.




Analyse KPIs, profitability, cash flow and key business trends.
Provide clear financial insight and recommendations to senior leadership.
Partner with commercial and operational teams to support key business decisions.
Identify risks, opportunities and performance gaps against plan.
Support M&A; activity, including financial analysis, due diligence, investment cases and post-acquisition integration.
Support strategic initiatives, transformation projects and private equity value-creation plans .
Assess potential investments, growth initiatives and other strategic opportunities through detailed financial modelling.
Improve FP&A; processes, reporting tools and financial visibility across the business.
Help drive a high-performance, commercially focused finance culture.
