Job DescriptionOwn Renesas solution marketing strategy for motor drives in EMEA, covering industrial drives & servo, building automation, HVAC, appliances, power tools, drones and 2-wheelers market segments.
Act as an industry-expert by providing vision, guidance & expertise to Renesas' sales & FAE community, customers and distribution network.
Analyse market drivers & business potential, customer challenges & competition's positioning;
identify white spaces and new business opportunities.
Define solutions roadmap,



value proposition, collaterals (kits, reference designs, documentation, tutorials) and go-to-market in collaboration with HW and SW product groups;
act as the voice of EMEA market inside Renesas.
Proactively promote solutions to customers and distribution network, in collaboration with Renesas' sales & FAE organisation and channel marketing team.
Acquire new customers, identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, contribute to increase funnel generation & conversion.
Build up an ecosystem of partners (design houses, SW providers, labs...), participate and speak at technology events.
