Overview As Shoes Internal Production Planning & Logistics Manager, you will oversee internal capacity and sub-supplier load, ensuring continuous monitoring of production flow across departments. You will help develop IT systems to improve internal advancement and efficiency, and manage production reporting and analysis. You will collaborate with the supply chain planning lead to coordinate production progression and resolve issues with internal and external partners while maintaining quality and delivery timing. You will supervise warehousing and WMS to support external subcontractors and contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes. This role offers growth within a global luxury group

Responsabilità
- Assess internal and sub-supplier production capacity with continuous monitoring of department saturation
- Contribute to IT systems development for production progression and efficiency
- Manage reporting and analysis of internal production
- Collaborate with the planning manager to coordinate production advancement activities
- Interface with internal/external stakeholders to resolve production issues while meeting quality and timing requirements
- Oversee warehouse and vertical warehouses with WMS to enable material shipments to external subcontractors
- Support definition and implementation of internal production flows through continuous improvement projects
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3-5 years of experience in the role within luxury footwear manufacturing
- Good knowledge of the production cycle and shoe manufacturing stages
- Strong knowledge of IT systems (ERP such as Stealth, SAP/PLM and Office)
- English knowledge preferred
- Good relational skills and ability to work in a team
- Dynamic, determined and proactive
