Eaton’s Electrical division is seeking a Senior MOEM Sales Engineer to manage and grow the OEM business across Modena, Parma, Reggio Emilia, and Bologna.
You will drive profitable business growth by understanding customer needs and developing high-value, tailored solutions through a consultative selling approach. You will lead complex sales cycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, and clearly communicate the value of Eaton’s portfolio in helping customers achieve more efficient and sustainable outcomes.
You will also promote Eaton’s digital ecosystem, including eCommerce platforms, customer portals, and digital tools, to enhance customer experience and build strong, long-term partnerships.

A key part of your mission will be to identify and develop new growth opportunities within existing key accounts and prospective customers. You will contribute to shaping and executing go-to-market strategies,



while supporting and mentoring external agencies to expand business through the channel.

Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package based on applicable skills, knowledge and experience, and aligned with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range (included base salary and Sales Insentive Plan) for this role is EUR 55.200 – EUR 80.960 gross per year.
