Versuni is offering a 12-month entry into Human Resources across Italy and Southern Europe, based in Milan. You will rotate through recruitment, onboarding and local engagement initiatives, learning from a small South Europe HR team and reporting to the South Europe Lead.
You will start with foundations in HR processes and employment basics, then take ownership of a defined HR project and gain exposure to regional HR topics. Hybrid working and structured mentorship accompany the journey.
