The mission is to provide strategic, sales, planning and process leadership to drive growth and mutual profitability throughout the whole sales organization (on line and off line).
For this role, you must be a proactive strategic thinker, an excellent communicator and an influencer. This leadership role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans and fostering strong relationships with the Regional Heads of Sales, with key clients and stakeholders.Thed positioning and volume driving actions. An excellent communicator, the position is able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be able to easily navigate the Vibram matrix and be comfortable working with many different personalities and perspectives to drive team success.
Main Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop, communicate and execute comprehensive sales strategies that enhance the brand through distribution,
drive financial goals and key sales targets within the Global organization
- Analise market trends, competitor activities and customer need to identify opportunities for growth
- Set sales targets, performance metrics and KPIs for the sales team, in accordance with the direction of the Global Business Unit General Manager
- Set up and drive the Marketplace Segmentation strategy, leading the regional leads to map the potential account base with a consumer based and merchandising level approach
Sales Results achievement
- Drive the regional Head of Sales (US/China), and directly manage the EMEA Distributors and Direct channel towards the expected growth results, while delivering a healthy management, in line with the strategy and the overall brand expectations
Team Leadership and Development
- Recruit, train and mentor a team of sales professionals, whether direct or independent
