You will provide appropriate support for internal customers and deliver accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders. as you will be accountable for:Executing and delivering assigned HR Services in compliance with all standard operating and procedures/policies or other procedures in place and according to the defined Service Level Agreement(s).Identifying and recommending process improvements and simplifications, leveraging customer feedback, operational experience and AI-based tools.Using AI tools and digital solutions to automate repetitive tasks, improve data accuracy and enhance overall process efficiency.Interacting with external vendor, supporting on employee queries and HR community.Performing annual & monthly Payroll, Compensation and Benefits tasks according to deadlines.Entering data into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned activity.
