We are looking for a Sales Representative Sell Out to join our Sales GDO function in Personal Care category in our BU Home Care, Personal Care and Beauty, working in Veneto.

How you make the difference

You will manage store-level negotiations, including relationships with store managers, in-store promotions, and display spaces. Ensuring daily compliance with agreed promotions and assortments, you'll analyze consumer data and promotional effectiveness, reporting any deviations. Collaborating with Trade Marketing, you'll handle shelf allocation and category projects, applying strategies for assortment management and product presentation.

How your agenda looks like:
- Manage store-level negotiations and relationships
- Negotiate with the Head of Departments on how to organize the promotions also by getting orders directly on the point of sale
- Ensure compliance with daily promotions and assortments
- Analyze consumer data and promotional effectiveness




- Collaborate on shelf allocation and category projects

Your team:

You will directly report to the National Account Manager GDO

What makes you a great fit:
- You have a master's degree or a bachelor's degree followed by a master's in Economics, Marketing, Communication, or Management, with an interest in pursuing a career in Marketing & Sales.
- You have previous work experience or internship of up to 1 year in the commercial sector, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Available to travel frequently by car within the assigned area.
- You have an excellent command of the English language.
- You have strong knowledge of the Office suite and Excel, along with good analytical skills.
- Proactivity, autonomy, a strong results orientation, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment are your distinguishing soft skills.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
