/ppIn this role, you will contribute to the development of embedded firmware for Power Conversion Systems (PCS), working on cutting-edge technologies that support the evolution of energy storage solutions.
/ppYou will work closely with Control System RD, Engineering and Commissioning teams, turning advanced control strategies into reliable, high-performance firmware and supporting testing and validation activities on real systems.

develop and maintain embedded firmware for microcontroller-based power conversion systems, ensuring real-time performance and reliability.
/liliDevelop peripheral drivers and communication interfaces (ADC, PWM, sensors, protection systems and communication buses).
/liliIntegrate control algorithms and auto-generated code into embedded firmware platforms.
/liliDevelop supporting software tools for PCS testing, configuration, communication and data logging.
/liliPerform firmware debugging, functional testing and validation on embedded targets and real PCS test benches.
/liliSupport firmware releases, version control, documentation and compliance with international coding standards.
/liliCollaborate with RD and Commissioning teams during system integration, testing and on-site commissioning activities.
/liliLeverage AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency and development processes.
/li /ulh3What we're looking for /h3ulliMSc in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
/liliAt least 2 years of experience in embedded firmware development, ideally for inverters or Power Conversion Systems.
/liliStrong programming skills in C/C++ and solid knowledge of embedded systems.
/liliHands-on experience with microcontrollers, peripheral drivers and communication protocols.




/liliGood understanding of real-time firmware development, debugging and testing.
/liliGood communication skills in both English and Italian.
/liliAnalytical mindset, problem-solving attitude and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
